Aerial Yoga Class: All Levels

Join us for an hour-long aerial yoga class led by the experienced Deena Selko, designed for all skill levels. Located upstairs at SBNY, 831 Lincoln Ave, in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. Experience the fusion of aerial hammocks with Ashtanga and Hatha yoga in a unique and invigorating workout. Our Aerial Yoga classes incorporate elements of stretching, strengthening, balance, and inversions to enhance your practice.
