Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SBNY. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please note, we take $20 off your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and not have been worn, washed, or altered. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Items purchased in-store must be returned in person at our retail location. We are unable to process returns for in-store purchases online.

Once we receive the returned item and it is verified to be in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
